1、Extrusion: CPE has good heat-resistant and processing capability and wide extrusion temperature range, which enhance the safety for processing. For its hardness and viscosity are higher than neoprene, its extrusion temperature is correspondingly higher by 5-10 degrees.

                       Temperature range for stuffing port: 40-50℃

                       Temperature range for machine body:55-70℃

                       Temperature range for machine head: 65-80℃

2、In practical production, according to the difference of extruding machine and cable diameter, the processing parameter shall be adjusted. We will provide relevant technical data to our consumers after they buy our products and send experienced technicians to give on-site guidance.

3、Storage: it can be stored for more than six mouths. And it can still be used even though hardened after long time storage. It should be better for recycling if the conditions allows. Keep away from direct sunlight and raining.
