On June 20, 2020, the production line of the second phase of the automated mixing center project that lasted for six months was completed and officially put into production, increasing the production capacity by 10,000 tons per year.
The internal mixing production line converts artificial ingredients into an automatic ingredient system, and an automatic glue turning system is added to the open mixing process to realize the automation and intelligence of the entire mixing process.The automated production line shortens the production cycle, reduces the labor intensity of workers, is basically pollution-free, reduces the pressure on environmental pollution, and improves the sustainable development of the rubber mixing industry.
